How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the insight you choose and the depth of the report.
Most readings are delivered within 1–7 business days, though this may extend during high-volume periods.
To secure your place in the queue, it’s best to place your order as soon as you’re ready.
VIP Delivery:
Priority orders are typically completed within 24 hours or less.
Do you accept clients with unknown birth times?
No. I currently do not accept orders from clients with unknown or estimated birth times.
Accurate birth time is essential for creating a reliable interpretation.
If you’re unsure of your exact time, please check your birth certificate or contact your local records office before placing an order.
What happens if I provide the wrong birth time?
Please double-check your birth details before ordering.
Because each insight is custom-created and fully personalized, I do not offer refunds for incorrect information provided by the client.
If you realize an error immediately after ordering, email me as soon as possible at jasminejeansyne@gmail.com.
If your report has not been started yet, I will update the information for you.
Can I request a refund?
All sales are final.
I do not offer refunds on digital astrology services, as each report requires time, interpretation, and personalized creation.
How will I receive my report?
Your insight will be delivered as a PDF file to the email address you provide at checkout.
Make sure your email is correct and active before completing your purchase.
I didn’t receive my report — what should I do?
First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
If it’s not there, email me at jasminejeansyne@gmail.com, and I’ll resend it promptly.
Can I ask questions about my report?
Each insight is complete as delivered and does not include follow-up questions or additional interpretation.
